PTWO Everyone’s Need LLP (“P2EN”) is a People-Powered Economic Network based in Karnataka, India — a marketplace empowering producers and conscious buyers to trade directly.

Information we collect

• You provide: name, email, phone, profile and account details, listings, photos, messages, reviews.
• Automatically: device data, IP, approximate location, log and usage data.
• Third parties: auth providers, payment processors, analytics — only the minimum needed.

How we use your information

• Operate the platform and process transactions
• Send transactional updates & OTPs
• Personalize discovery and recommendations
• Detect fraud and protect users
• Meet legal obligations under DPDPA 2023 and IT Act
• Send marketing only with your explicit consent

Third-party services

We rely on trusted partners, each governed by their own policies:

• Firebase / Google Cloud — auth, database, storage, push, analytics
• WhatsApp Business (Meta) — transactional messages, opt-out via “STOP”
• Payment processors — PCI-DSS compliant; we never store card numbers
• Google Fonts & FormSubmit.co — fonts and contact form delivery

How we share information

We never sell, rent or trade your personal data. Sharing happens only:

• Between buyer and seller to fulfil an order
• With service providers under confidentiality
• When legally required, or with your explicit consent

Data retention

We keep your data only as long as needed for the service or legally required (typically 7 years for financial records under Indian law).

Account deletion: data erased or anonymized within 30 days. Contact-form messages: kept up to 12 months.

Cookies & local storage

We use minimal storage — your browser’s local storage holds your language preference (never sent to us). Essential cookies handle login and security; analytics cookies are anonymous and can be disabled in your device settings.

Communications & messaging

• Email: transactional & (with consent) updates
• Push: via FCM — disable in device settings
• WhatsApp: only if you opt in; reply “STOP” to leave
• SMS: OTPs and critical alerts only

Children’s privacy

Our Services are not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Parents or guardians can write to us and we will delete the information promptly.

Data security

• HTTPS encryption end-to-end
• Firebase security rules & access controls
• Encrypted storage for sensitive fields
• Regular security reviews and breach notifications

International transfers

P2EN is based in India. Some partners (Google, Meta) may process data on servers outside India under DPDPA-compliant safeguards and standard contractual clauses.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy as practices and laws evolve. Material changes are notified by email or in-app, and the “Last updated” date is revised. Continued use means acceptance.
